They performed the tests in a comprehensive manner, showing exceptional patience and care throughout the entire process. The best part? The exam was completely free! The technology at this facility is top-notch. I was particularly impressed with their phone that can automatically transcribe conversations, a feature that I found fascinating and helpful. The facility is located in a serene area, providing the ideal atmosphere for a hearing evaluation. They even have a specially designed soundproof room to ensure the most accurate results during the hearing exam. I highly recommend Miracle Ear for anyone in need of a hearing evaluation or assistance with hearing devices. I had a great experience recently at the Miracle Ear Hampton office. From the moment I walked in to be greeted by Monet to when I left, I truly felt taken care of. Julia was super thorough and explained everything in a great manor. I cannot thank Julia enough for taking care of us. Now my grandma can hear again! I have been working with Julia getting ready for my hearing aids. The process was very easy and she and everyone at the office were so helpful. I am really enjoying hearing everything I have been missing.

Mr.Belter,Greg, was very professional, courteous,and Very complete in examination. He was great in explaining What he was doing and why. Showed me and my daughter all options available and what was best for me. Said his office would be available to help me with a grant if I couldn't afford one. His receptionist,Was courteous,kind, professional as well.!😃

Doug was very informative, and very patient. He showed me model of the ear explaining my hearing loss. Since my first review I have gone back and upgraded my aids. Now I have more options on my aids. I can hear much better at the opera. I am able to hear an carry on a conversation. Thank you Jennifer for the upgrade. She exampled all my options for upgrade and what I expect from a higher level hearing aid. It has changed my life. Thank you.
